I’ve been seeing Sally for years and I can’t say enough about how incredible she is. She is not only deeply knowledgeable and skilled, but also so kind and thoughtful in her approach. She has such an eye for beautiful, subtle results. Exactly what I’m hoping for every time I see her! The office is welcoming, appointments are easy to book, and getting there and parking is always simple and stress-free. I consistently leave feeling confident and taken care of. I’m so grateful to have found Sally, she’s someone I trust completely, and I absolutely adore her.

I chose this practice after receiving a strong recommendation from an out-of-state aesthetic provider, so I went into my consultation with high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the beginning. My initial consultation started over an hour after my scheduled appointment. Sally’s response to being late was, you can’t rush perfection. I came in interested in conservative cheek filler and ultimately decided to do a subtle lip enhancement as well. Since only half of the lip filler syringe was used she kept injecting other areas to make use of the remaining filler and ultimately injected into the corners of my lips, which I had not specifically requested and has created downturn lips something that was never a problem for me. Once I left and really took the time to inspect my face I noticed some asymmetry on my lips and contacted the office the next day. They explained that swelling was normal and advised me to wait two weeks before evaluating the final result, which I understood and respected. Shortly after my treatment, I was out of state for several months, so I did not pursue an in-person follow-up during that time. Once I returned home, I reached out to the office because I still had questions and concerns about my treatment. I have called multiple times, left voicemails, sent text messages to the same numbers the practice previously used to communicate with me, and emailed the office. To date, I have not received a single response. What has disappointed me most is not the treatment itself, but the lack of communication afterward. Cosmetic procedures require trust, and patients should be able to reach their provider when they have questions or concerns. Being unable to get any response despite multiple attempts through the practice's listed communication channels has been frustrating and has left me feeling unsupported as a patient. I hope this practice improves its responsiveness and follow-up communication, as those are important aspects of patient care.

From the consultation through the treatment, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident every step of the way. Sally is phenomenal - she is thoughtful and precise about her treatments. She has a wonderful artistic eye for the face and her decisions for treatment are also based in clinical data/evidence.
