Please do not get a massage. First of all you have to pay upfront Second of all, which is the worst one I don’t even think the girl knew what she was doing. She keep massaging my bone areas instead of the muscle area to the point that I am hurting two days after. She also tried to twist my arm backwards. I had to tell her a couple times. No, it was hurting to stop.I’ve got multiple massage. I love massages. This was a new place. I wanted to try it out. Worst decision ever.

I got to say, this is the second best massage I've had in my life. The first being in Seattle, Washington. I asked for a hard massage and did Lucy deliver. They don't sell the experience like most other places because they don't need too which is perfect for a woman like me who doesn't want all the fluff. They get you in, deliver a fantastic massage and get you on your way. Lucy was climbing on the table to get the best angle for my back which I greatly appreciate. She's not going to let anyone tell her she can't do something. Phenomenal and I will definitely be a returning customer. Some of these reviews I read on this place are wanting the fluff experience so don't ignore this place!! 😄 Thank you, Lucy

Worst experience at any masseuse ever. I booked here based on google reviews and availability. I don’t understand how they had such good reviews and felt I needed to share our experience because it was no where near a positive one. I took my Mom here for her first professional massage and couldn’t be more disappointed. We scheduled our appointment in advance but they did not have the appointment or at least acted as such. The lady greeting us spoke zero English, not even a “yes” or “no”. She pointed to the service menu on the wall which had no explanations of what would be included. I selected the 1 hr session for each of us. She insisted I pay first, including the tip. I don’t know about anyone else, but the size of the tip is based on quality of service. So because she insisted I pay first I added a minimal 15% tip with a plan to give more after the massage. She did not like the amount and gave me the receipt back and said “this for two?!?!” implying it wasn’t enough tip for 2 people. She stood there waiting for me to add to the tip. I tried to explain I’ll add more at the end of the appointment but she acted like she didn’t understand and insisted I edit the amount. I did because I didn’t want my mom to get any inclination there was an issue still hoping for this to be a positive experience for her. Well, as one could imagine everything after that was also piss poor. No cordials whatsoever, she indicated to follow her then walked down the hall into a room. By the time I got my mom up from the chair she sat in, the lady was not in sight. We wondered down the hall where we found her in an almost completely dark room getting our beds ready. We walk in the room and she walked out and shut the door with no instruction. Later she and the other masseuse walk in and huffed when they found us just sitting there waiting for instruction. Non verbally they indicated what we needed to do and walked back out. We then waited about 15min after getting ready before they returned to get started on the massages. I couldn’t tell you who did our massages because neither ever introduced themselves. During the massage both my mom and I asked multiple times to apply more pressure which they did not. They were so light touched that they could not reach the muscle through the skin much less actually massage anything. (Neither my mom or I are overweight BTW, just to help explain how light the pressure was) Multiple times one or both masseuses left the room without saying anything while leaving the door open to the hall when they did because I could see the light shining in. At no point did either ask about problem areas to focus on and did not acknowledge when we tried to inform them. They ended the massages 15 min early and both my mom and I left that appointment feeling the same as we did when we walked in. This was a complete waste of near $200 and even worse my mom left with that as her first experience getting a professional massage. Don’t waste your money on this place.

My daughter and I had massages by Lisa and Jason they were top notch! Jason gave me the best massage I have ever had. The facility is very nice and everyone was super sweet from the time you step in the door. Will definitely be going again soon!

Sarah is definitely the best masseuse! She asks and understands pain areas that require more attention! I cannot recommend her enough! Just be sure to mention how much pressure you want as she is very attentive to that!
