I’m a member and work with Carly along with other wonderful staff. Y’all, when I say Carly is AMAZING at what she does, that’s putting it lightly. She’s methodical, personable and truly cares about her patients’ progress. My skin has never felt better and I’ve tried so many different treatments at so many different places. The membership is so worth the investment and the staff is wonderful. Don’t sleep on this place and the opportunity to work with this team!

Jamie Reichl is the absolute best injector around! I moved to Austin about two years ago and have since been looking for an Injector who is both knowledgeable and has the overall eye, but also personable and warm. Jamie is exactly those things. She educated me extensively on all the different treatments I could get for my personal goals and she also made the experience so comfortable and fun. I truly left feeling so beautiful, confident and like I just made a forever friend! One thing to add that is just a cherry on top… she also used to be an ICU nurse, which makes me feel so at peace, knowing that she prioritizes safety and anatomy. You truly will not regret your time with her. I’ve definitely found my forever home!

I couldn’t recommend It’s a Secret and Grace more! She took the time to really understand my skin and explain everything to me throughout the whole HydraFacial. The experience was so relaxing, and my skin looked and felt amazing after. I’ll definitely be going back to her again!
