I’m a member and work with Carly along with other wonderful staff. Y’all, when I say Carly is AMAZING at what she does, that’s putting it lightly. She’s methodical, personable and truly cares about her patients’ progress. My skin has never felt better and I’ve tried so many different treatments at so many different places. The membership is so worth the investment and the staff is wonderful. Don’t sleep on this place and the opportunity to work with this team!

I couldn’t recommend It’s a Secret and Grace more! She took the time to really understand my skin and explain everything to me throughout the whole HydraFacial. The experience was so relaxing, and my skin looked and felt amazing after. I’ll definitely be going back to her again!

Changing how I view myself! I had the best experience at It’s a Secret Med Spa with my injector Lo. It was my very first time ever getting Botox and filler and I was honestly a little nervous going in. She made me feel so comfortable right away. She’s so sweet and took her time explaining everything to me without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. What really stood out to me was her energy. I felt safe, listened to, and genuinely cared for the whole time. And the results… I’m actually kind of emotional about it. Especially my lips. I was born with a cleft lip and have always been really insecure about them being thin and uneven. It’s something I’ve carried with me for a long time. For the first time ever, I feel like I have normal, balanced lips. I can finally relax my mouth without overthinking how it looks and that alone means everything to me. I feel so much more confident and at ease in my own face. I’m beyond grateful for her and the care she put into everything.
