I’ve been taking my daughters here for a few months and they love this place. Iman and the techs have been very kind to them and made their experience pleasant. They are excited about their upcoming appointment. Must also mention, they have great packages.

I bought a “small area” on Groupon, assuming that would be adequate for the chin, since there were no guides in the description. Booked the appointment and informed it was a Groupon, she did not ask any questions except for a phone number and email address. I called the day of the appointment to see if I could move my appointment up to earlier in the day, there was availability and the appointment was moved, again no questions were asked. Arrived for the appointment, was asked at the front desk what area. It wasn’t until I drove 40 minutes there that I was told I’d have to upgrade my package. Decided not to go with this place.

Weird vibe in there. 2 of the 3 staff members are rude, packages are overpriced, and the intake form is way too in depth for a laser clinic. I’ve been to multiple laser clinics around town, and none of the others asked for my social security number. Don’t bother trying to use a Groupon. It’s just a marketing tactic to get you in the door. They’ll refuse to honor it and upsell you once you make your appointment. If you call them, you are probably on speaker and the entire waiting room can hear your conversation. The laser treatment worked well, but the overall experience was bad. I bought a package of 8 and I’m just forfeiting the last one because I don’t want to go back. There are lovely, well priced laser clinics in town with kind staff and results that are equally as good.

Originally purchased just bikini line on Groupon and went in and upgraded to full bikini. I’d recommend purchasing directly from them, though. I felt the price was extremely reasonable, they were accommodating with my schedule, and Nicole is extremely friendly. The machine works well too it does cold air with the laser and they work very quickly.

The racism I experienced here left me completely speechless. I’ve taken some time to process what happened, and the more I reflect on it, the clearer it becomes. I’m actually glad she turned me away under the disguise of “not having the right package.” She didn’t even examine the area or have a proper conversation before immediately stating she wouldn’t service me and we all know why. It was my Black skin. And she talked down on my skin too. I’ve replayed the interaction in my mind, trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but the dismissal was instant and unjustified. No assessment. No effort. Just rejection. It’s painful to be treated as less than in spaces where you’re simply seeking a service like anyone else. I truly hope the older lady at the front desk who turned me away finds some real happiness in her heart. Because that kind of treatment doesn’t come from a fulfilled or kind place. God does not like ugly, and I believe in accountability, whether now or later. I’m choosing to walk away with my dignity intact.
