From the moment I walk in, they make me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail are unmatched, and they always take the time to answer my questions and make sure I feel confident about my treatments. What really stands out is how kind and personable they are they truly make every visit enjoyable. The results have been incredible, and it's because of the exceptional care I receive from this team that I keep coming back. Arianna at the front desk has the perfect personality that is hard to find with today’s generation. She greets you, makes eye contact and really sold me on how she explained Laser hair removal but more so her persistency paid off. Hope the nurse was so kind, she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything well. Glad I picked you all.

I’ve had some pretty horrible experiences with laser treatments in the past, so I was definitely skeptical at first. But from the moment I started coming here, the staff has been nothing short of amazing always so sweet, welcoming, and professional. Any questions I’ve had were answered quickly and thoroughly, which made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the process. Today was my 5th treatment, and I visited the East location for the first time. The second I walked in, I was greeted with such electric energy and it instantly set the tone for an incredible experience. I was treated by Holly today, and she is absolutely AMAZING! She was so kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease the entire appointment. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everyone had such a positive attitude and truly went above and beyond. After this visit, I can confidently give them 5 stars all around. The service, professionalism, and overall experience completely exceeded my expectations!

Worst laser clinic experience I have ever had. I paid $870 for laser hair removal on my face, bikini area, and underarms. I have honestly never seen prices this high for such a small number of areas. 7 days after my treatment, I have seen absolutely no results. The hair is still there as if I never had a session at all. I have had 15 laser treatments, so I know very well how my body reacts and what to expect after an effective session. When I returned to the clinic to express my concerns, I did not ask for a refund. I simply asked them to redo the treatment because the hair had not shed and I had seen no results. They refused and told me I would have to wait 3 more weeks. I am only visiting Austin, I will not be back. The clinic knows that I will be leaving soon, which means I paid $870 and may leave without seeing any benefit from the treatment or being given an opportunity to correct the situation before my departure. I find this completely unacceptable. People work hard to afford treatments like these. We are not talking about a cheap service — this was $870. I may now have to pay another clinic to perform a treatment that I already paid for. Extremely disappointed with both the results and the customer service. I would not recommend this clinic.

Been going to this location for a while. Everyone who works here, without exception, is so lovely. Ariel, Wyatt, Arianna, Brianna, Sophie, and Hope are wonderful and beautiful human beings. Hope was endlessly patient with me my most recent trip and finally convinced me to leave a review. Because of points and everything else, I was able to get treatments at a screaming price that would have otherwise been unaffordable for me in this most recent chapter of my life (Thanks Arianna). I always look forward to coming here and will also find excuses to drop in and say hi hahaha
