I can’t say enough good things about my experience here (Milan Austin South)! The entire team made me feel comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. The front desk staff was friendly, organized, and always greeted me with a smile. Scheduling was easy, and they were super helpful with answering questions about my treatment plan. My provider was exceptional — professional, gentle, and very knowledgeable. She walked me through everything before we started and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Nurse Kelli is the best! It’s rare to find a place where both the clinical care and customer service are equally outstanding. I’m so glad I chose this clinic and would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering laser hair removal!

Kelly was so amazing! Everyone is so friendly, professional, and extremely efficient at this location. This has been my favorite location by far out of all of the ones I’ve been to, including out of state. My hair reduction with Milan in general has been outstanding. All of my friends who go elsewhere don’t experience the same results that I have. It’s totally worth the investment.

I’ve been coming here for about three years and The patient is by far the best one to get appointments for and the easiest to reschedule if you need to. The staff are always friendly. Today I had Kelly and she did a great job and really knows what she’s doing. It seems like all of the girls are very educated.
