I took my daughter for her birthday and we both had services. We got the Essentials Scalp treatments and she got a facial and I got a Bac-ial. Fabulous! The spa, itself, is small and intimate but so tastefully decorated and very clean. Our therapists were so sweet and were very good. We’re both left so relaxed and can’t wait to go back!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I had such a great experience and can’t recommend this place enough. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish—the staff really took the time to listen and understand my concerns. I’ve struggled with a dry, porous scalp for a while, and they were incredibly knowledgeable about treatments that could help improve its condition. Not only did they address my scalp issues with care and expertise, but the entire experience was also deeply relaxing. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of their work. I left feeling refreshed, taken care of, and much more confident about managing my scalp health. Highly recommend to anyone looking for both effective treatments and a relaxing, professional experience!

I went to my first head spa yesterday for my birthday with my best friend and I already can’t wait to go back. From the moment we walked in, the entire place had such a relaxing and peaceful aura. The hair treatment itself was incredible, but it honestly felt like so much more than just a hair treatment. The facial and massage were amazing and made the whole experience feel so luxurious and calming. I’m still not over how good all of the creams, oils, and shampoos smelled. Every single part of the experience was thoughtful and relaxing from start to finish. And honestly, for everything included, it didn’t break the bank either. Such a beautiful experience and definitely not my last visit!

This was probably the most relaxing, intentional, and loveliest service I have ever received. Nikole was absolutely incredible! She is very kind and professional, but she also is fantastic at her craft. Every step of the way you feel like she is taking care of you; from the way she blow dries your hair to the quality of the products used. I got the Luxe Package and I cannot recommend it enough! My hair has never been softer :) I will definitely be back myself. If you are looking to treat yourself, or a loved one, go to My Head Spa. A real hidden gem 💎
