This business is incapable of fixing an issue. I have called three times and sent an email. I told them I did not want to come back after poor customer service and they still have not refunded me for the 2 services I pre paid for. I’m not sure if it’s lack of training or professional experience but save yourself a ton of time and energy and use one another business for your anti-aging treatments.

The new building is really beautiful. The Serenity Waiting Room is peaceful and a tranquil place to be, especially with the water feature. How peaceful. Dr. Rasmussen has been my husband’s doctor for years, so of course he was my only choice when I needed to see a dermatologist recently. It’s great to have an excellent clinician, but one that also has a friendly bedside manner is super!

Beautiful location, wonderful team. Everyone was super nice and professional. They made me feel comfortable and Dr.Rasmussen explained my options thoroughly.

Marci is the best! She is honest on what procedures will work best. I am happy with the results I have had and will definitely be back.
