Dr. Behm is truly astonishing - an amazing and incredibly intelligent physician. There are hardly words to fully express my experience during my visit with her. She has a rare presence: A radiant compassion and genuine care for her patients that is extra extraordinary. From the moment I met her, she made me feel heard and understood. For years, I struggled to get a clear answer about what my body was going through, even after many doctor visits, including during my time as a veteran in the military. Dr Behm, took the time to listen deeply and explain things in a way that finally made sense. Because of her, I was able to find answers I have been searching for for so long. I walked in feeling nervous, expecting to hear the same routine response I’ve heard before - but this experience was completely different. Her attentiveness, compassion, and ability to truly listen are phenomenal. The staff were just impressive-kind, welcoming, and friendly. I had my first visit with Pride Family Medical yesterday and have to admit I was blown away. This is definitely not your typical medical production line - every single person at the facility that I worked with was extremely friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly - human. It was like being treated by people you've known for a long time. Not only did we have conversations about medical matters, we talked about ourselves and our lives. Connections were made. Pride Family Medical was able to consolidate my medical care in such a way that I now can avoid having to go to appointments at four separate medical facilities - they can handle everything at their location. Super convenient and saves a lot of money! i feel like I've found my medical nirvana! I wish I could give more stars!

I have been coming to get facials from lexi for the past few months just had my 4th facial, she has been super helpful with helping me on my skin journey I’ve been suffering with redness on my face and breakouts for over ten years and have tried different products an nothing seemed to work so I realised that I needed a professional to help me out. I’m so glad that I’ve found lexi she is truly the best at what she does she is so knowledgeable and makes you feel totally comfortable. I see a different already the redness has gone down significantly and she has helped me with some really good products for my morning and night routines. I look forward to going every month. An if you are thinking of going about your skin I would 1000% recommend Lexi 🙂

My teenage daughter and I regularly see Pride’s esthetician, Lexi Pool, for our different skin issues. When we first started seeing Lexi, my daughter was really frustrated with acne breakouts. We had tried all the products from drug stores, things advertised online, had followed recommendations from her dermatologist, and still didn’t get anywhere. Within a few months of seeing Lexi, we saw a dramatic difference. She treated her acne in the office, and set her up with the right products and routine for home, and recommended acne-safe makeup. By 6 months, my daughter’s skin was beautiful again and it still is. Lexi is realistic and made sure my daughter knows that it’s normal to still have a zit pop up here and there, especially during teenage years, but she never has a face full of breakouts anymore. I’m so grateful to Lexi for giving my kiddo her confidence back. We also both genuinely like Lexi as a person; she’s really sweet and funny, and appointments feel like you’re going to hang out with one of your girlfriends. Lexi also does my facials, and I’ve had laser hair removal and spider vein removal. Again, she’s amazing at all she does. I trust her completely and recommend her to all my local friends.

I am someone who has a lot of anxiety going to the doctor, esp being a transgender person. Hattie Hazen did everything in her power to make the experience comfortable! I really value having a provider that hears me and wants me to be comfortable, not just run a bunch of tests or ask me invasive questions for the hell of it.
