I want to lead with this, but I don't want it to be portrayed as a regular tactic anyone should use... Removery S. Congress is probably THE MOST FLEXIBLE agency I have ever been to for any treatment, ever! You will be hard pressed to find any business not only as flexible with schedule but with as courteous & welcoming demeanor each time you come in. I have been very fortunate. I am a single mother, so getting to and from places at the whim of the availability of babysitting can be a challenge. Removery S. Congress has been more than accommodating with my crazy schedule, never skipping or denying me service. The techs are all very friendly, my tattoo removal specialist actually remembers tidbit of conversation from previous appointments and treats each encounter like a returning customer.. not a stranger, and I'm in and out of there within minutes. To top it off, I have been getting NOTICEABLE comments from people who don't how that I'm having removal work done about the fading process. Things like "That looks really faded, are you getting it removed?" So, I take that as a compliment on the facility's behalf! Haha. Good Job, Removery SoCo! I can't wait to be showing a bare leg in my update review!

I’ve had a great experience with tattoo laser removal at Removery in South Austin. I had my consultation and check in with Zac. The process was easy and welcoming. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel informed and comfortable from the very beginning. Sarah did my first laser tattoo removal session and was amazing. She was friendly, professional, and explained everything to me, which really helped ease any nerves I had. She made the entire experience comfortable and made me feel well taken care of. For my second session, Melina took great care of me and was just as kind and professional. Everyone on the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes the process easy and smooth. Scheduling has been easy as well, and I appreciate the Saturday appointments being available.

I love going to removery! The staff is so welcoming and make every part of the process easy and understandable. They always greet me with my name at the door and provide excellent customer service every time. I will always go to removery on south congress any time I am thinking about getting a tattoo removed !

My Tech Sarah has always been great to me every appointment, she takes her time and does not rush through the process, explains everything and she goes above and beyond. I recommend her hundred percent! Zach upfront is an amazing guy and is always willing to work around your schedule and give information anytime I needed for a new pricing! Love that team!! And not to mention, my result has been absolutely amazing!
