She walked me through every step in a way that felt reassuring, never rushed, and genuinely caring. I really appreciated how attentive she was, checking in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly wants her clients to feel confident and relaxed. The treatment itself was surprisingly smooth — far easier than I expected — and the results look so natural. I still look like myself, just refreshed and subtly lifted, which is exactly what I hoped for. What really stood out was how welcoming the whole experience felt.
