Doc’s just a big teddy bear. This place is always just in and out but thorough. I highly recommend it as we get older. We need to be seen at least every six months cause we put our skin through hell.

The staff was great, the nurse was on point, and Dr. Perez had my issue resolved in 15 minutes. Kudos Team, what a great experience.

Received good care from Dr. Perez and his assistant. I was treated professionally by everyone in the office and made to feel comfortable even with a sense of humor. Would certainly recommend.

I wanted to share a concern about my recent care with Dr. Perez. At the beginning, he was extremely helpful. However, during my second visit, I felt he was no longer trying to help me. When I asked if I should see another doctor since my condition also involves psoriatic arthritis, he simply told me to go see one, without trying to further address my concerns or guide me. He also mentioned that because of my insurance, it was hard to help me. (Due to the medicine money) that was my understanding. I found that comment very unprofessional and discouraging. I have been seeing him for the past five months, but I have not seen any improvement. I understand that doctors cannot perform miracles, and I am not expecting that. However, I do expect effort, guidance, and empathy. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this visit. It left me feeling that my health was not a priority. I also want to mention that the nurse was not helpful and seemed unprofessional during my visit. I did not feel supported or listened to. I believe the office would benefit from showing more empathy toward patients. This time, I left the office feeling discouraged and disappointed with their service.

I was very pleased with my first visit ! All the staff is very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. My issues were solved quickly by Dr Perez who apparently has excellent experience. I was very happy with my visit.
