Lucy at the front desk was super sweet and helpful, and Ms. Samantha made me feel so comfortable during my treatment. She was very professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. This is my third time coming here and the experience has been consistently great. As a guy doing laser hair removal, I’ve been really satisfied with the results so far—especially with the customized full-body treatment. Samantha has been amazing: super professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She listens, answers every question thoroughly, and makes the whole process feel comfortable and easy. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and genuinely cares about her clients. Allie, the manager, is also very sweet and helpful. Scheduling has been flexible, they’re understanding, and the overall energy of the place is just good. Highly recommend.
