Pros and cons: Short hand it’s a comparison of two workers and the different treatment between each when my whole family went. It was positive overall if you are comfortable with beauty treatments and very positive/friendly front staff over all. My whole family went in for some facials and had an interesting time. The two ladies that did the facials were Ekkoe and Wendy. Ekkoe was extremely quiet, provided no explanation, and in general gave no insight in the process. Wendy by fair had tons of compliments from my family as a whole, very good at communicating/informing and providing extra care. Ekkoe also did some of my families lash treatment, would I would only recommend if you can communicate issues with irritation and tape placement. The end result did look great though. Ekkoe did not inform my family of any aftercare for a lash perm and tint until asked…. And if you’re not familiar with that would really be a waste of your money. The front office lady (didn’t get name) was wonderful, very helpful, did check ins 10/10 But at the end when we paid she did ask out loud for a tip amount, which is generally an uncomfortable conversation especially when different people had different experiences. Overall I personally won’t go again, but it’s alright I guess. All the services seemed inconsistent and they definitely don’t look at the forms they make you sign before appointment since they took photos after someone signed to not have consent for photos.

Ekkoe is amazing!! She gave me a Hydrafacial and my first lash lift yesterday, and my results are amazing! She’s a great conversationalist as well as very emotionally intelligent, so if you prefer not to talk during treatments, I am willing to bet that she will match your vibe. After my lash lift, she provided instructions for how to retain long lasting results, and she even went over what products she used for the whole process. I was a little worried because I felt a bit of irritation on my lash line, and I’ve had allergic reactions to lash extensions before. But she put me at ease by showing me the ingredients and assuring me that it’s more than likely just a little bit of irritation from the taping process and not an allergic reaction. The irritation only lasted a few hours, and day two they look better than when I left spa 7 yesterday. I cried a few hours after the lash lift (unrelated to my appointment experience), but my results still look great. Ekkoe made sure to warn me to not get them wet, so if I did ruin the eyelash perm, that would’ve been on me, but luckily, you can’t even tell…and sometimes ya gotta cry ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Thanks Ekkoe and Spa 7! Laure was great! She is extremely knowledgeable. She took her time and explained what she was doing. Laura has a steady hand and the PRP injections under my eyes really didn’t hurt at all. I have ZERO BRUISING! The photos were 1 hour after the injections. Very little swelling left. She’s good!! I can’t wait to see the results! I have already scheduled my next appointment.

Her kindness, patience, and professionalism immediately put me at ease. She made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I had an outstanding experience at Spa 7! Extremely client focused office & wonderful team. I’ll start by saying I am very picky about service providers, but I cannot say enough good things about Laura. She was the best injector I’ve ever seen. Not even a bit of an exaggeration. She is a wealth of knowledge, explains everything thoroughly, is very patient & just so sweet. It didn’t feel like she was rushing through my appointment to get onto her next client, just like she wanted me to have a great appointment. I will be back!
