Nature greeted me upon arrival and was very welcoming. Katie provided an amazing massage. I needed firm pressure to work out a knot in my shoulder and I experienced relief from the massage! Very clean and relaxing environment. Thank you!

Needed some TLC and booked this spa for the afternoon. I felt so cared for during my visit, and wanted to share a little about my experience. The spa itself is stellar. A signature scent wafts in the air. I was greeted by a lovely associate named Nature, the Spa Manger, and a few other welcoming ladies. The steam, sauna, and hot tub are spacious and luxurious. Also loved the amazing views of downtown and all of the natural light in the solarium. The cold plunge was reallllllly cold but it felt amazing. The Spa itself is very relaxing; spacious lounge to relax, big lockers, nice showers, lotions, etc. The other guests were quiet and considerate, it also wasn’t crowded. I forgot the name of the Lounge attendant, but she was also very lovely bringing drinks, towels, and generally anything you may find helpful. I was *really* touched by the staff, who even offered a token of their best wishes for me when leaving, even including a handwritten card. I came in feeling terrible, and left feeling grounded and cared for. It was an amazing experience and I plan to come back often. Many thanks to the Nature, the Spa Manager, and the other spa staff! If you need some TLC in a place that feels luxurious and caring this is the place!!

Giuliana took exquisite care of myself and my partner. We each received the crown to root massage and it was just otherwordly. She was gentle, kind, and made us feel so taken care of. Truly one of the best massages I've ever had! Ask for Giuliana for your next treatment, you won't regret it.

Nature greeted and treated me with such grace and kindness as I entered for my birthday massage. Victoria was my masseuse and guided me straight to bliss! Taking care of my aches without overdoing the pressure, she was very intuitive! Nature then sent me on my way with an unexpected hand written note and gift bag for my birthday. Truly a beautiful gesture and such a great spa!

The Fairmont Austin Spa is an oasis for relaxation and self-care. I was kindly greeted and checked in for my treatment by Vallerea. I enjoyed the steam room, sauna and hot tub in the solarium before Kelly retrieved me for my 50-minute bespoke massage. She was so excellent, I regret not booking for 90-minutes. Guiliana and Sandra were also very welcoming and sweet. I will definitely be returning!
