There honestly aren’t enough words to fully capture how exceptional Kristin is with her patients. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve never experienced this level of care in a medical setting before. She genuinely takes pride in her work and won’t stop until she’s even more satisfied with the results than you are. I came in for CoolSculpting, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. There were no surprise fees or hidden costs—everything was transparent from the start. Between the outstanding results and the overall experience, I’m already planning my next visit for other areas that bother me.

Victory MedSpa offers a variety of wonderful services at competitive pricing. The staff are friendly when they greet you and offer you a drink while you wait a minute to be called back for your service. I have tried out other Med Spas with no luck. They have either been overly pricey wanting you to join a monthly subscription, snooty, or just not up to par with the most recent technological advances in the health and beauty world. Victory MedSpa has the newest machines on the market, attends conferences to keep up with the most current methods, and they sure know how to implement them! This is definitely one thing that differentiates Victory MedSpa from their competitors! The staff member I have worked with is Kristin Laskaris. She is beyond qualified and extremely knowledgeable on a wide variety of health related topics. I have noted that she is always up-to-date on the BEST way to help you achieve your desired outcome with the latest practices at an economical rate. I love that Kristen has never tried to upsell me. In fact, it has been the opposite. At times I thought I needed X,Y,Z and Kristen will say, “Actually, you do not need Y and Z. Let’s just do X really well and go from there.” To my astonishment she has never failed me! I leave the spa feeling like a new person and that I definitely got the biggest bang for my buck. After a service, she will even call you later that evening to check on you, see how things are going, if you are pleased, and how she can better assist you in the future. She is extremely easy to talk to, and she actually wants to hear the honest truth if you did not like it. However, I have never had a single complaint and have always been blown away by the services—even months later! Some services they offer are: Hydrofacial (using the Aquaphor machine), radio frequency, micro needling (with a machine called Scarlet), laser hair removal, injectables such as Botox, Lip filler, and vitamins, and do cool sculpting. I love coming into Victory MedSpa! I always walk away feeling so refreshed and like the time and money I spent there was so worth it. Shoutout to Kristin! She’s the best and makes every visit really educational and comfortable.

It was my first Botox treatment ever and it was so smooth and easy from making my appointment to showing up day of and getting treatment done. The office is very cozy and intimate so you can feel calm and relaxed prior to your appointment. Ola Z. was the one that did my BOTOX and she was just so sweet and personable and helped educate me on the different options and answered any questions I had. She was very transparent about pricing too - will definitely be going back to see her for more treatments!

I can't recommend Victory Medspa enough - especially Kristin! She's incredibly thourough, knowledgeable, and makes sure you're comfortable the entire time. She maintains such a clean, welcoming environment and is so nice to chat to while getting your services done. 5 stars all around! Will be back!
