Alma is amazing!!! Honestly, you’d think she’s a mind reader. This was my third deep tissue massage with her at Viva Day Spa, and she consistently finds every spot that needs attention without me having to say a word. What I love most is that each massage is different and tailored specifically to what my body needs that day. Her intuition, technique, and attention to detail are unmatched. I leave every appointment feeling completely refreshed. She’s the reason I keep coming back, and I can’t recommend her enough!

I visited Viva Day Spa for a private event and had a wonderful overall experience. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and perfect for unwinding. I booked a deep tissue massage with Laura, which was excellent—she was attentive, skilled, and really helped release tension. It was exactly what I needed and left me feeling completely relaxed. I also had a deluxe manicure with Leslie. The service itself was enjoyable, and the finished result looked great. The only small note is that I was hoping for a more detailed cuticle trim, but aside from that, everything was well done. Overall, it was a relaxing and well-organized experience, especially for a private group event. I’d definitely return for another spa day.

Book a facial with Oliva ASAP! She is the best in Austin. She thoroughly evaluates your skin with you and makes a plan that you're also comfortable with before she even gets started. The amount of care that she puts into the actual experience of the facial is also next level. The massage she provides during the service is something i talk about for weeks after. I leave Viva feeling sooo relaxed after my facials with her. Truly amazing work that she provides for her clients. And of course the facility itself is chefs kiss.

Exceptional experience at this location. Service was exemplary, Olivia the esthetician for my facial treatment was a pro, with phenomenal treatment and insightful recommendations. The woman with red hair at the front desk (missed her name) was a pro too, realized I was in my birthday week and went out of her way to reapply a discount even after paying. Never felt pressured or upsold, and the process was very clear and straightforward. By no means cheap, but service and offering makes it well worth it. Will absolutely be back.
