I had an excellent annual checkup experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The doctor took time to explain all the tests in detail, walked me through what was needed, and even provided thoughtful suggestions for additional health screenings. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive they were. Highly recommended

Great experience at the clinic. Right from walking into the clinic to the end of my appointment was epic. Doctor and Nurses take their time to listen to you attend to you and answer your questions Professionalism and efficiency are on point. I would recommend to everyone

My experience at Arthur Direct Care has been excellent. Everyone is extremely kind, professional, and attentive. I especially want to recognize Liz, who is incredibly kind, efficient, and always makes the process smooth and comfortable. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stand out. I highly recommend this place.

We had a 3 PM appointment today. We knew we would be about five minutes late, so we tried to call the clinic while we were on the way. No one answered our calls. At 3 PM, my husband finally got through, but the staff member put the call on hold and then disconnected without listening. We tried calling again, but no one answered until we reached the clinic. When we arrived (just five minutes late), we ended up waiting at the front desk for over 30 minutes with no assistance. Meanwhile, staff members were in the back, laughing and not attending to customers, which felt very unprofessional. We eventually had to step out to use the restroom after waiting so long. When we came back, the front desk staff finally showed up, but unfortunately, she had a very poor attitude, which made the experience even more frustrating. Because of this, we felt it was not worth continuing with this clinic. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service. I would not normally give a one-star review, but this experience left us no choice!

I had a very good experience. The staff was very kind from the beginning, they made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with patience. The service was also fast and professional, and you can tell they work with great care and dedication. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.
