Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care+ Georgetown (Austin Ave)

From the time I went into the Urgent Care I was met with very friendly faces with the receptionist Alex Marin, Itzumi who made checking in easy and Arthur and Dr. Barber. In Georgetown, TX. Doctors made sure my questions were all answered and I didn’t feel rushed at all. My Doctor insisted that I stuck around to make sure I didn’t make a turn for the worse with my server allergic reaction that they treated me for. I would recommend everyone to visit this location. They’re the best I’ve seen and even better than my routine practitioners who I’ve seen.

We had a great experience at NextCare Urgent Care for my daughter’s visit. From the moment we walked in, the check-in process was quick and smooth. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind, which immediately put us at ease. My daughter was really nervous about getting her blood drawn and having a throat swab done, but the nurse was absolutely amazing. He took the time to make my daughter laugh and helped relieve her anxiety, which made a huge difference. The PA and nurse were both very thorough and professional. They truly listened to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and gave us helpful options for treatment. I really appreciated how patient and attentive they were throughout the entire visit. Overall, this was a 5-star experience, and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing urgent care, especially for kids who may feel a little nervous.

Quick visit, short waiting time, thorough examination. Proper tests run & diagnosis. Got the meds needed to improve the symptoms. The NP was fantastic. She was very attentive & extremely caring! A patient came in with chest pain in the middle of his examination. We completely understood that she was definitely needed elsewhere. Everything was handled professionally & quickly. We'll definitely be back if we need urgent care of any sort. Thank you for the excellent care of my son!

Everyone from the front desk to the triage to the PA were friendly & helpful. I was in and out in 30 minutes. It was easy to schedule online the night before for the first appointment at 8:00 a.m. in the morning. My issue was explained, a treatment plan was given and prescription written. The facility on Austin Ave. was clean and welcoming

No call about my lab results. I had to call 3 days later to get them and it turns out they had them available the next day. Was there for 1.5 hours and was the only patient there. Also, NOT A BSW URGENT CARE! Do not recommend.
