Best doctors that I have been ro. Dr Thompson is awesome 👌🏻

Dr Thompson and his staff are kind, courteous, and considerate to their patients. They are attentive to The patient's needs as well as looking for solutions to give the patient a better life. In my case I've had an injury for 27 years to my back and over this last year we have started to make progress on helping me to feel better versus the basic maintenance that I've received during most of those years. I am grateful that I am able to see Dr Thompson and have he and his staff oversee my workers comp case. I would highly recommend Centex Injury to anybody who has a work related injury.

Great doctors and therapy facility with good therapists. Very good attentive doctors and therapists who are experienced and know what they are doing. Dr Martens and Dr Zolezzi are the best doctors for the care and manners . Dr Miracle is absolutely the best chiropractor who put her patient's outcomes first and is all about finding the best care available to each person.. They always listens and recommends the right treatment with a good medical crew and team stands behind. Good and clean facility to do the physical therapy with knowledgeable therapists is a bonus . This place overall a great place to get better or recovery after an injury.

Bad Customer service at it's finest. I called them today and talked to Raven, I told her I had contacted them 3 weeks ago about medication being sent to the wrong provider and someone was going to let me know the status for this concern. I HAVE NOT heard from anyone and decided to give them a call. I told Raven my situation and she put me on hold upon her return she proceed to tell me the medication I was inquiring about is out of stock and I will be notified when it becomes available. To be on the safe side. I ASKED Raven for the phone # to the RX dept so I can check myself. She obliged, I called and low and behold tell me why my medication will be mailed out, but wait a minute I was just told by Raven it was out of stock. I called Raven back at this point yes I am a little upset I asked her why did she say the medication was out of stock she states because that's what she was told, (clearly not by the Rx dept). I told her when I called 3 weeks ago someone was suppose to call me back and let me know what was going on Raven's response was I didn't talk to her 3 weeks ago. Nevertheless Raven need to retrained in Customer service especially when dealing with patients and their medication she was not being helpful in anyway, no empathy or nothing. Customer service nowadays is no longer in existence.

PA David is an asset to this clinic. He knowledgeable about a wide range of medical conditions. David is also caring and compassionate with his patients. An added bonus is that there is rarely a time I've had to wait past my scheduled appointment time. I highly recommend David.
