This is the worst place that I am have ever been to for a work injury NOT by choice. The doctors had no empathy of their patients whatsoever or for my injury like is my fault I got injured on the job. Without even looking at my injury or touching to get a sense of my injury they give you a diagnosis. I been in severe pain and one of the doctor told me if you want the pain to go away you need to quit your job and stop doing it. He didn't even listen to me about what I was telling him. He was in and out no medication or anything. I was pissed. I waited over 3 hours for medical care. I left still with a lot of pain with anything. On top of it all I had to do physical therapy they are a joke they waste your time when you are there I barely did 2 exercises for 10 min and got hot pads my time was up because the guy was doing something else. I could have done more at home instead of wasting my time and gas driving there. They never gave me any instructions or exercise sheets to do at home. Do not waste your time here for physical therapy if you want quality cause they have done. They just tell you that you need more session with them and it doesn't seem they have no experience either. If they were doing their job you would not have to do more session but I didn't see no improvement on my condition at all they did bare minimum. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone you are just a number and chi chi in their pockets. How sad? Where are the caring doctors in the world that use to know and took care of their patients? What have come to this world with our medical care?

I visited Concentra urgent care for a screening for a new employer. It was a very good experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The facility was clean and I was seen very quickly. Both tests were done in a very professional manner and I was out the door in no time. Thank you for making that part of my new employee process easy!

This was the smoothest and most seamless experience I've had in a medical office. Juan checked me in and was super efficient while directing other patients on the intake process. There was even a woman in there that was crashing out (she was in the phone with her boss, she said) for some reason and he checked on her to make sure she was okay. Everyone in the office was super friendly & smiling the whole time. I went in and did my pre-employment screening with (I can't remember his name, but I told him he had great hair) the kindest, most professional young man. I was in and out in under an hour. Y'all are doing an amazing job!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in for a simple drug test and physical because my company selected this location, and the experience was extremely frustrating. I waited over 2 hours just to be called back, which forced me to use the restroom before my drug screen and overhydrate—ultimately causing me to have to repeat the test at another location. In total, I spent over 4 hours there due to a complete lack of organization. While the employees were polite, the explanation was simply that they were “busy.” However, they were only bringing back about three people per hour, and the doctor I saw said it’s always like this… Just because your employer sends you here doesn’t mean you have to stay—there are plenty of other urgent care centers that handle pre-employment physicals and drug screens far more efficiently. Your time is valuable. I would never recommend coming here—especially during an emergency, when time and efficiency matter most.

I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. Once I checked in, I was under the assumption I would see the doctor right away. However, I was told that I would be in there for about three hours. I filled out about three forms which seemed to be quite redundant. I didn’t quite understand having to check in only to be seen hours later. Once I started my physical exam, I will say the process took about an hour. The medical professionals and doctor were helpful and answered my questions. But there definitely needs to be some process improvements as far as scheduling and the number of patients being seen in a day. I would like to applaud the front desk staff on their professionalism and keeping things in order. A few things for people going in for physicals If you are required to fast before you’re appointment see if a family member or friend can bring you food after your labs are drawn. If you’re not required to fast eat before you go to the appointment, but of course avoid high sodium and sugary meals. Based on the time you’ll be sitting there, you’ll have time for another meal. Lastly, if you’re overweight and BMI is over 40 it is highly likely you’ll checked for sleep apnea and be sent for a sleep study.
