Overall, I had a very positive experience with this office. The front receptionist could be a little more welcoming and friendly—something as simple as a smile can make a big difference when patients are coming in for mental health care. That being said, Hannah, PA, and her MA deserve 5 stars. Hannah is truly incredible, and I feel very lucky to have found her. She took her time with me, asked thoughtful questions, listened without judgment, and genuinely made me feel like she cared about helping me. She made me feel comfortable and heard throughout my appointment. I cannot recommend Hannah enough.

I can’t say enough great things about this clinic. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. They’re always kind, organized, and incredibly helpful with scheduling and any questions you might have. Therapy has been such a good experience for me and it’s clear that the staff is passionate about what they do, and that makes such a difference in the overall experience. If you’re looking for a place with compassionate professionals and a warm, friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend this clinic.

I have attended many types of therapy here. I can confidently say, it saved my life. Every single person I have worked with has been AMAZING!! You will feel safe, supported, heard, and genuinely cared about. You’re not just another patient, you’re a person. They will go to the ends of the earth to support you. I cannot recommend family care center enough!

I am a new and improved person after having gone through their IOP program! I was reluctant to start the program because I'm not a fan of any type of group therapy, but after successfully completing FCC Pflugerville's program, I strongly and 100% recommend them to anyone who is seeking to improve their mental health, navigate difficult relationships, work through grief, learn effective interpersonal and communication skills, understand "what happened" to you, and just improve your overall quality of life. Jillian and Neha are excellent mental health professionals and program facilitators. Each session was highly and effectively engaging. The activities and role plays were helpful in understanding, retaining, and applying the DBT skills and information learned. I hated to leave the group after my program completion, and I will miss those two wonderful ladies! In my opinion and based on my own personal experience here and if you are serious about becoming a better you, then one of your best life's decision will be to seek professional help from FCC Pflugerville. You can thank me later!!!

Family Care Center has been a wonderful experience for my family. My two youngest grandsons receive treatment here and the staff and therapists are caring and supportive. Very flexible with scheduling, it seems to be easy to get appointments as needed. Therapy is always a positive experience for the kids, many times they use art as a means to help express themselves. Family Care is an excellent resource.
