Staff is very friendly even when I called at apt time to say I was still 15 min out; Dr Li-Tai Chuo is friendly, respectful but truthful. Great experience as in the past, with recently retired Dr Bohmfaulk, for those who have missed him since his retirement

My doctor visit at Georgetown Medical Center was very pleasant. Starting with the front counter staff, very cordial and quick to check you in. Following with the nurse, she's friendly and thorough by making sure to review that your meds are current. Vitals are always taken too. Lastly, Dr. Nelson is patient-centered, meticulous, and compassionate. I feel comfortable and safe with my doctor. Thank you all for making my experience at the Georgetown Medical Center a pleasant one Sarah B.

Dr. Chuo has been my physician for over 10 years. He’s extremely detail oriented, takes the time to listen, and genuinely cares about his patients. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such a personal level of care. Highly recommend.

Dr. Obregon really took his time with our first visit. He started with common sense things like diet and supplements and exercise - instead of just jumping straight to drugs or standard protocols. It was very much a two-way conversation with lots of direct eye contact and helpful input and taking my input for a good plan. So far so good!

My experience at Georgetown Medical Center was disappointing due to the front office staff and nursing support. The front desk staff came across as loud, dismissive, and unnecessarily forceful, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. My interaction with one of the nurses was equally concerning. She was cold, indifferent, and lacked basic customer service and patient-care professionalism. Patients should not feel like they are a burden when seeking medical care. Dr. Obregon was professional and helped make up for some of the experience, but good physicians alone cannot compensate for poor support staff interactions. I am seriously considering changing my PCM because I do not feel patients should have to endure this type of treatment.
