I am very happy with my overall experience with the front desk and provider, Lesa. I was nervous as I was a “cash” patient but the cost was reasonable. And no surprises. The front desk team was helpful, informative, pleasant, and professional. The clinic was clean. Their portal tools are helpful. The medical assistant was thorough, friendly, proficient. I appreciate that she would share what to expect. She was quick but not rushing. Lesa was phenomenal. She listened, gave helpful feedback and advice. Again not lingered but took the time to discuss the situation. Diagnosis and treatment were spot on and exactly what I needed. I left thinking, I have found the perfect place for my health needs. I definitely feel safe, like I can entrust my health care with this group. Only one peccadillo is I was bombarded with emails that I stopped reading or even glancing at. It was WAY too much.

Dr. Middleton has always been an outstanding provider. My wife and I went through multiple physicians in the Round Rock and Austin area before we found Kirk, and we could not be happier with the care he provides. His diagnostic skills, combined with his bedside manner, are truly exceptional. In a time when many physicians operate in a fast-paced, rapid-care model that often leaves little room for personal connection, Kirk stands out as the model of what patient care should be. He greets you warmly, makes you feel welcome, and genuinely takes the time to remember and ask about your family. He is extremely knowledgeable, listens carefully, and addresses every concern thoroughly. One thing that stands out to many patients is his respect for their time. I have yet to attend an appointment where he was not punctual. This visit, like all the others, was flawless. I followed him from his previous clinic, and I fully intend to remain his patient until he retires. I cannot speak for the rest of the clinic staff, but if they are of the caliber of the standard of care that Dr. Middleton consistently provides, I would not consider going anywhere else.

I feel incredibly grateful to have Dr. Mark Sanchez as my primary care physician at Harbor Health. From the very first visit, he has consistently shown genuine care, patience, and professionalism. He truly listens — not just to symptoms, but to concerns, questions, and even the small details that matter as a patient. It’s rare to find a doctor who makes you feel heard and supported every single time, but Dr. Sanchez does exactly that. He takes the time to explain things clearly, never rushes through appointments, and always makes sure I feel comfortable with the plan moving forward. The entire experience at Harbor Health has been positive, but having a doctor like him makes all the difference. Knowing I have someone I can trust with my health brings me real peace of mind. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Sanchez to anyone looking for a compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable primary care doctor. I’m truly thankful to be under his care.

The building was clean, nicely decorated and the staff we're so helpful, non-judgemental and calming. I'm usually really nervous in doctors settings but I felt so at ease. Nazish is an absolute diamond, so helpful, I felt well cared for, honestly one of the best medical professionals I've ever talked to. I can't remember the lady who triaged me first but she was so friendly and helped me feel at ease, she was awesome and got through everything pretty quick, but it didn't feel rushed, which was nice. Thank you so much for all the help I received today!

Oakwood is a great place!! Kayla is missed..I now have Lesa very understanding with my health she's all open to getting your health on track follows up on the portal in a timely manner. I felt great speaking with her for the 1st time. The minute you walk in the ladies up front very friendly,Lesa,Tina & the lab lady have great personality for their patients. All make you feel at Home especially when no one enjoys going to the Drs. Great job Everyone!!
