Everyone in office gets 4.5 stars, they are great. Every aspect of the treatment that occurs outside of the office gets zero stars. The web interface to do anything seemingly changes quarterly and has loading and access issues. The online telemed appointments are a waste of time. Scheduling your day around an appointment just to have a blood test read back to you by a monotone dead-inside 'doctor' is a waste of time. The vibe is you're an inconvenience and honestly y'all could just text the results and it would convey the same quality of info. The past 9 months I have had nothing but issues getting refills from Village Lane Apothecary. My last set of shots was two weeks late and I had to conduct five separate phone calls between the "pharmacy" and the office to get my last set of shots. Now I've had labs two weeks ago, two PT's, and radio silence with what's going on with the prescription. If I don't get the link asap I will miss out on another week of shots because Village Lane can't get their shit together and ship things on time. I was under the impression this was supposed to be a consistent treatment but I guess one to two week gaps in between shot refills is fine. The apps have zero communication now so I get to go into the office to figure out what is going on. Again the office isn't the problem it's the online aspects. It used to be 5 stars across the board, now I'm considering finding somewhere else to get this treatment. Village Lane Apothecary is a steaming pile of garbage as are the apps y'all implement to handle the online side of things.

The provider has been consistently thorough and excellent, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Morgan is wonderful—professional, caring, and remarkably gentle, making injections virtually painless. Highly recommended.

I have been going to this location for a few months and have nothing but good things to say about the provider and the staff! Morgan has been so helpful and even brings in such pleasant humor with the visit. Clean location, great prices, low wait times.

I've been a patient for a few years, and always had a positive experience. However, they use Village Lane Apothecary, and it's become extremely challenging to get refills. After several weeks of trying to get a refill, and not being able to get ahold of anyone, I finally got in touch with them only to talk to a rude representative. Apparently they lost my drivers license so they couldn't fill the prescription, but declined to notify me they needed it. While everyone in the clinic has been great, which is the only reason I gave two stars, I'm currently looking at other providers.

I have been a patient with this center for years and it seems to be getting worse with getting prescriptions. They use a company called Village Lane Apothecary that has a 1 star rating on google to fill your pharmacy order. Good luck getting in contact with this company. They will not answer there phone or email. Been over a week and I still havent received any link to pay for my prescription.
