This place, especially Yveliz the admin professional at the front desk is always very friendly, helpful and well-informed! They are all so caring and respectful! 5 stars always!

Clinic was great, all the staff was awesome. However... I had to leave to another provider as the pharmacy they use (Village Lane Apothecary) is horrendous. Constantly missing doses due to them not filling prescription or shipping in a timely manner. Would have loved to stay with Low T Center, but could not deal with Village Lane any longer. I tried reaching out to see if there was another pharmacy option, but got no response, so my business went elsewhere.

The staff, nurses, and doctors are all great. If you want to do self-injections I would not recommend this company. The pharmacy they partner with (Village Lane Apothecary) do not answer the phone, does not returns calls or texts, and ships medicine out 2-3 weeks late so your levels never balance out because your constantly missing doses. I'm not the only customer that is/was dealing with this. Their Google rating is 1.4 with multiple complaints exactly like mine. I am now switching to a different clinic because of the pharmacy that Low T is contracted to.

The appointment setting last week was professional & thorough. My appointment this morning was not. The young lady working the front desk was distracted on her personal phone & was bothered when I needed help with their kiosk that wasn’t working. I left, not the vibe or kind of professionalism I was looking for in health care. I was referred my a client of theirs. Lots of competition in this arena I’d make sure your team is on their game.

Not sure what other people are even talking about; Tiffany and the whole team are great! They're friendly, professional, and patient-focused. I have recommended this place to several friends. Keep up the great work, Ladies!
