MinuteClinic at CVS

In town visiting, not feeling well & stopped at this CVS on Kelly lane pflugerville. Wait time was minimal & I was blessed to have a highly intelligent PA/doctor examine me, Dr. Sheeba Thomas. She was very thorough & her medical knowledge was extensive. She didn't prescribe a slew of drugs to shut me up, instead she logically discussed what she felt I had (& did not have, Bacterial infection). In retrospect she was right on! & her plan was spot on!, her mannerism compassion & personality were impeccable. I could not have asked for s better Dr or better care. Thank you Dr. Thomas, & Thank you Cvs for your choice in having a top notch Dr. at your clinic. When in town I will certainly stop beating say hello if Dr Thomas is not busy. TY! LoRusso

NP Sheeba Thomas was super sweet and listened to my concerns. She took her time and didn’t rush through anything. I will definitely come back in the future, if needed.

Being from out of town I was unsure what to expect. But the wait time was quick. The practitioner was caring, very knowledgeable and compassionate. Definitely return.

Waited in the waiting area 30 minutes past my appointment time and never got my shot. I signed in twice, once on my phone and once through their tablet. Lady came out twice, noticed me and another person were waiting and nothing came of it. Very frustrating.

Horrible Experience!! 1) Nurse Practioner made up her own rules! I booked online using CVS App for vaccine shots (I’ve done for 4 yrs now). She told me “No” I’m not comfortable giving you that vaccine. Even though the App and regulation allow for me to get it… WHAT!?? Avoid Minute Clinic - not ethical!
