Scheduling was quick and easy. Same day (or next day) appointments were available which was extremely convenient. I arrived about 15 minutes early to my appointment and was even seen a little earlier than my appointment time. Litty R Vadakkan was very polite and helpful in establishing my care.

I had an excellent experience with Litty Vadakkan. She is professional, courteous and efficient from the moment I contacted her. I highly recommend Prime Family care to anyone looking for quality medical care and supportive healthcare team.

I haven’t been seeing Dr. Litty for very long, but I knew after my first visit that she was something special and that my search for a long-term PCP was finally over. Immediately after my appointment (which she scheduled for me at 6:30 PM even though the practice closes at 6, just so she could see me the same week I reached out), I raved about her so much that I referred a good friend to her. A couple of days later she went in as well and ended up just as happy with her experience. For about a year I had brought up the same list of symptoms to two other doctors, and no one thought to run the specific panels that Dr. Litty ordered shortly into that first appointment. Those tests ended up giving us real answers, and that alone made me feel incredibly heard and understood. I felt relieved and validated to finally have results that confirmed I wasn’t just imagining things. Living with a condition like bipolar disorder can sometimes make you second-guess your own experiences, so having a doctor who listens carefully, investigates thoroughly, and takes your concerns seriously means more than I can put into words. Dr. Litty took the time to explain everything clearly, look at the bigger picture, and come up with a thoughtful plan moving forward. Even though I haven’t been her patient for very long, I honestly don’t see myself transferring my care to another PCP — even if my insurance situation changed in the future. I wish every doctor practiced medicine the way she does. The usual nerves that come with seeing a new doctor were gone as soon as I met her. She was so kind and compassionate and had a very calming presence. I felt completely at ease right away, which made it easy to be open and honest about everything. I’m very grateful I found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who truly listens and genuinely cares!!!

I brought my uninsured brother here for severe shoulder pain, and I cannot recommend Prime Family Care enough. The doctor was more patient, thorough, and kind than any physician I’ve seen—even with my own insurance at other practices. She answered all his questions, prescribed what he needed, and even offered to write a note for his flight back to Canada if he needed an extra day to recover. She personally followed up to check on him. In a system where uninsured patients are often rushed, this team treated us like family. I would pay out-of-pocket to come here over any urgent care, and I already have insurance. Absolutely exceptional care!!!

Dr. Vadakkan has one of the best bedside manners I’ve ever experienced. She is calm, inquisitive, kind, and truly cares about her patients.
