I had to drive an hour to get here where they were taking new patients, but I'm glad I did. Front desk staff and nurse was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Pachuca was real straightforward and communicated well with me. She was present... vs having her nose stuck on a computer and never making eye contact. It was a nice visit.

It's extremely hard to actually speak to someone on the phone. I've opted to get a call back and have not received one yet. So far I am not that enthused about this practice. I've been with the clinic a short while and not sure how much longer I will continue. My primary referred me to a pain specialist. I went to that appointment and have been asked to do more testing. One of the newly referred doctors require 2 referrals. They asked me to call Thrive because they weren't reliable on getting back to them within a timely manner. I experienced that first hand when I needed a referral of my own request. Not only that my primary was a bit reluctant to do the referral when asked. I am frustrated and would suggest a lot more research. Unless you don't mind not ever speaking to someone on the phone.

Love Dr. Pachuca! She made me feel seen! And she listened! So happy to be her patient. All the ladies at the clinic are lovely too.

Dr, Pachuca is the best I ever had. She listens to me , and works with me and explains every detail about my health issues. And the staff is very nice and efficient. It feels like getting help from a good friend.

We met with Dr. Nancy Pachuca today. She is friendly, attentive and experienced. Her explanations and comments are detailed and thorough---most important--- they are easy to understand. We are happy to have found our new PCP (Primary Care Physician). Also, her support team are also courteous and friendly.
