Total Health Primary Care - Domain

I’ve been coming to this Domain location clinic for about two years. When I first started, the service was excellent. My original doctor was very caring and attentive. Whenever I had blood work done, they would call me to explain the results and discuss them with me. Unfortunately, after my doctor left, things changed. Since the new doctor took over, I’ve had blood work done twice, and she never contacted me about my results. I simply had my blood drawn and never received any follow-up. On top of that, over the past week I’ve called the office three different times to request a refill for one of my prescription medications. Every time I was told, “We’ll take care of it” or “We’ll contact your pharmacy,” but nothing was ever done. It also appears that my doctor never approved my prescription refill. As a result, I’ve been unable to get my medication for an entire week. It honestly feels like no one cares or is taking this seriously.

Switching my primary care doctor to Total Men’s Health on Burnet Road was a little nerve-racking at first, but I can honestly say the staff at this location made the experience amazing. Natalie at the front desk was incredibly sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Miss Catherine, the Doctor, was absolutely awesome. She was very knowledgeable medically, and you can genuinely tell that she cares about her patients and their health. That kind of care and attention is hard to find these days. What I love most is that they truly offer everything in one place. They were even able to help me get set up with a therapist, which made the process so much easier for me. Labs, healthcare, support—it’s all conveniently in one spot. The friendly staff, welcoming environment, and overall ease of the entire experience make this place stand out. If you’re looking for a one-stop shop for your healthcare needs, this is definitely the place to go.

Total Men’s at the Domain is a great spot to go for primary care. The entire staff is friendly and professional. And they handle almost all primary care functions. Wait times are usually under 5 minutes and their waiting room is very comfortable.

This place is great! Friendly and professional staff. I don't do well with doctors and needles but Maylin was so comforting I didn't feel a thing. Dr.Lewis was very informative and professional. I feel really good about my appointment. I'll be back.

The staff was very friendly, and professional. I was able to be seen quickly and they were able to take care of everything I needed and answered all of the questions that I had for them. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
