Total Health Primary Care - Greenlawn

I had such a great experience at Total Health Primary Care. I switched from ARC because I felt rushed and honestly felt like they did not care at all. At Total Health, they have always taken care of me and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I am scared of bloodwork, and the doctor was so kind and patient. That meant so much to me and made a huge difference. Another thing I love is how responsive they are. Donna answers the text messages almost immediately, and it is not an automated chatbot. Everyone here gives you their full attention, listens to your concerns, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend Total Health Primary Care. ❤️

I had a good experience with the doctor at Total Health Primary Care. The doctor was professional, listened to my concerns, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. However, I was disappointed with the registration/check-in process. The customer service at the front desk could be improved, as it was not as welcoming or efficient as I expected. Overall, I would recommend the doctor, but I hope the office improves the registration experience.

They got me in within a few days of inquiry. Its my first time seeing a primary in years. Very helpful. Very polite. Wasn't sure what I was doing but they helped me figure it out.

Great first experience. I was able to schedule an appointment easily online, complete the check-in online and received quick confirmation of my appointment. A very nice and clean office with genuine polite staff. My doctor was attentive and listened and explained everything so I was comfortable.

Such a great experience. No one ever really wants to go to the doctor but . The staff was very kind had all the info I needed and set me up for my next visit. Thanks so much for the seamless process.
