Total Health Primary Care - Plaza Volente

Went here instead of my primary care as they have a great reputation through my family. And I loved them!! All the staff were super polite, and easy to talk to. Super easy check in! The office was very clean, very appealing to the eye and comfortable. Would definitely go back for any needs!!

First appointment for an annual exam today. I like the strength of the digital check in, no hard paperwork. The variety of locations is convenient. I went to one close to my kids school and may go to another location later if needed. I like having that option. The care provider, Heather, took her time to answer all my questions, which was helpful.

Intake reception was very nice any efficient. The nurse that came in and Performed blood draw (Daisy) Was Very good first try no issues whatsoever painless.

Have used Men’s Primary since I moved to Austin 3 years ago. I recently relocated to a different part of town and chose a different location ( worst mistake I ever made) all total mems are not created equal. Stay far from the 620 location not interested in your health just need appointments and the attitude of the front desk man is perfect example of poor professionalism. Going back to Bee Cave location they are great.

My experience was 5 stars. Got an appointment without waiting 3 months from my old provider. Staff was professional and courteous. Total Men's Health is more like a concierge health service. I would recommend them to any one looking to for a new way of seeking healthcare alternatives. DW
