Total Men's Primary Care - Bee Cave

Extremely satisfied with my visit today. Booked appt only last night for a convenient time this morning. I messaged to say I was running late and was responded to promptly saying it was no problem; grace period granted. I was greeted by a friendly, professional and welcoming receptionist and then waited just 1 minute before being seen by Kim, who was courteous, kind and professional whilst taking an initial consultation. Dr K Blanchard then conducted my appt with care, interest and consideration which made me feel comfortable and at ease in unpleasant and stressful circumstances. Dr. Blanchard asked relative questions and provided great feedback and understanding into my reason for visiting. Dr Blanchard placed focus and importance on my mental/emotional wellbeing just as much as my physical/medical needs. I was then speedily given treatment, guidance, reassurance and advice. The whole appt was about 20 minutes — but without feeling rushed. Genuinely fantastic service, couldn’t recommend more. Thanks to all staff at the practice! (First time visitor from London UK)

This facility is absolutely 💯 Phenomenal. The staff to the welcoming feeling you get when you walk in. The waiting area very relaxing to the drinks that are available to the customer. The professionalism of the staff as well as the special attention and detail given by the Dr. Just waiting on results as well as the remedy. An appointment where I felt I mattered. Thank you. This company tge doctors and staff are incredible uf you have an appointment and you show up at that time. You only usually wsit 5 mins then you’re in the room seeing the doctor. The whole staff is amazing ive never seen a doctors office be so fast snd are so kind to. Thank you guys very much. You all are appreciated.

I haven't seen a doctor for almost 10 years and since I've been in Austin I haven't been able to book anything. everything has been 6 months out and that's impossible due to my frequent travel. Wife found this place and was able to schedule something just days ahead. Once arrived, little to no wait time between checking in and seeing the doctor. Online registration was great and easy so no waiting once arrived and filling out paperwork. They also called me few days prior to the appointment, which was good as I am first time patient. Appt available and proximity to my home was also excellent. They were able to take my blood and urine on-site and not having to send me to another location and appointment. Parking definitely not a problem w/ their location, and office seems to be very new and obviously clean. Highly recommended.

Good overall experience. I was able to make an appointment online and I showed up with very little wait time and the doctor was very informative. Definitely recommend.
