Total Men's Primary Care - Kyle

Short wait time! Friendly staff and Doctor Rebecca was fabulous. She made me feel that she was not in a rush and she took time to explain everything and that made me feel cared for. I would recommend Total Men’s Health to all of my male friends.

Today was my first visit to Total Mens Primary Care and the staff was great. Very attentive, the visit was super easy and convenient, and I left without any questions. Definitely won't be looking for a new provider after this. Never felt compelled to want to stay with a facility/provider until today.

Called me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me I needed to reschedule it because the tests needed to be run in the morning. The call they made came up as spam while I was making my 40 minute drive to that location, since it was the closest one. Completely incompetent. I made the appointment 5 days ago. Then when I asked about the price of the specific treatment I wanted they shared a wildy inflated price including services I have absolutely no need for. Go to a real doctor. The staff are probably a strong indication of the quality of "care" you will get here.

I had an appointment today, annual physical, and I was incredibly impressed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. *Pro-tip, their lunch break is from 1pm to 2pm. The entire office is locked down during this time. So if you have a 2pm appointment, do not show up early. You want be able to get in.

The staff here were very kind and helpful from booking the appointment to getting blood work done. I work almost everyday they are usually open but got lucky to leave work early so I called to try and schedule an appointment, and thankfully they were able to see me 3 hours after calling. I look forward to visiting again for any medical concerns knowing the staff are so attentive here.
