Reviews & ratings
I had an incredibly horrible experience here today. I’m rating it two stars as I’ve had good experiences previously. Today for some reason, the front desk woman and the doctor got into a fight while I was in a waiting room. Listening to your doctor yell at someone while she yells back is not exactly what you want when you’re in for a diagnosis. The doctor ended up “having a headache“ and leaving the office while I was still in the room. I was abandoned, as was someone who was there for testosterone replacement therapy, and another who was there for their annual exam. Not ideal. The nurse was extremely nice and said someone might call me for a tele appointment, but as of three hours later, no one has. I reached out directly to Total Mens Health to address this directly, but their only phone number that seems to go somewhere led me to a voicemail during business hours. No one called me back from there either. Not only am I going to call again (or visit and risk a fight) and have to ask for a refund, but now I’ve also lost the place that I was considering my primary care provider. Edit (next day): The provider I met with the previous time called and chatted with me / provided a needed referral. So, I got what I went for - but what a weird experience.
Dr Mike and Dr Candice were amazing, great bedside manner, they really cared. So Candice left and they have this new "Dr who told me how I should feel after he evaluates me. His words were "Your testosterone levels are good so can't and shouldn't be so tired!" Dude seriously. No bedside manner. I gave them 2 stars ONLY because of the other staff. The girls are amazing. I have been going to this clinic for 4-1/2 and they have always had great staff and doctors, but this one. I'm seriously thinking about going somewhere else. Bring back Dr. Mike and Dr. Candice!!!
Got my annual physical here a few months back. Courteous staff and quality service but I am not happy with them overall. They added a charge for a service which I did not request or receive. Despite explaining that the disputed charge needs to be removed, they are repeatedly sending payment requests without removing it. When I spoke with a lady at their office, she first tried to say the service was already fully paid for by my insurance but that was not the case. Then she tried to say that it'll go toward my deductible and hence shouldn't be a problem! Well, why do you want to charge for a service that was not requested or provided? Update 5/25/2026: Soon after my review, Justin called from their office and said the disputed charge will be removed. He seemed sorry that it was not taken care of sooner but in the two weeks from then, they sent two payment requests without removing the charge!! By the way, he also asked whether I would withdraw/change my review and I said he should that leave to me. Well, here we are!
Great spot for good care - super comfortable and caring and the doc is genuine in the care approach and easy to talk to. Front desk was super sweet and easy to schedule. If you have to go to the doc, might as well go somewhere you like!
Came in for a sports physical and was offered a blood diagnostic for free. So I said sure, why not. Weeks later I receive a bill for the diagnostic and after calling in to the billing department I'm told I do have to pay.
