Total Men's Primary Care - Tech Ridge

Waited nearly an hour for an appointment without clear instructions of the process with dismissive staff (Natalie), due to the insurance unable to verify insurance. Nothing was communicated during the process until I asked and when asked clarifying questions, the staff didn’t know how explain things. She said recommended and required are the same thing. I told her it never listed you had to fill it out prior to the visit to even be seen. I’ve gone to many doctors office and you can fill out the forms the day of and usually have to fill out additional forms during your visit as well as having them check your insurance the day as well. After waiting all this time, I was told I had to reschedule the appointment.

First time here and no longer nervous to go to the Doctors! The team was extremely helpful and very quick. NP James Kim was great to work with and answered all my questions! Great place!

Experience was terrible, had to reschedule. First, front desk was late to open. My appointment was at 8 am, not 8:20, then the person who checks vitals was a no show, so they asked me to wait 40 mins for someone else, when 2 doctors were in the office. Then, the front desk GIRL was rude. I asked to go . over test results with the doctor who saw me, and she said No, that I had to reschedule for that. I asked why, she said I can’t, and she wasn’t going to argue with me. I just wanted to know if something was wrong with me, because I went in for not feeling well. If I was a female, she would have caught one, the way she talked to me, and I wasn’t even rude or used any time of foul language, or raised my voice. She is in the wrong business, if she thinks she’s helping people. She is just there for a check. I get it, minimum wage type job.

I had an excellent experience with Brie Davis at Total Men's Primary Care. Brie was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough when addressing my allergies. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. Her professionalism and genuine care really stood out. I highly recommend Brie to anyone looking for quality care—she truly goes above and beyond for her patients.

My first visit was great. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor was highly professional and competent. The thing I appreciated the most was their warm and helpful demeanor, especially the doctor, who explained things clearly and with care. Thanks to all.
