Outstanding care and amazing staff! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. My doctor is absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly attentive. I felt heard, respected, and well cared for. I genuinely adore my doctor and couldn’t ask for a better experience. I had been dealing with kidney stones for years with no answers or relief. Marcia was the first provider who truly listened to my concerns and took the time to understand my full history. She created a clear and thoughtful plan of care, explained everything in a way I could understand, and helped guide me through surgery. I always felt supported and confident in the decisions being made. I am now fully recovered and very grateful for her care and dedication. I would highly recommend Marcia to anyone looking for a doctor who is attentive, thorough, and genuinely committed to helping her patients.

Jason and the crew here are absolutely amazing. Jason has been my primary care provider for many years now and he couldn’t be any better of a human being. Additionally, Crystal took my blood today and she is the Michel Jordan of phlebotomist! Incredible. And she played like her performance and work was no big deal, but wow is she good!! I’m still stunned and how fast and awesome she was.

Dr. Ong is a great doctor. She and her staff are always prompt and in a good mood. She informs you of anything important and what she would like to do to proceed in a calm manner.

I hate to disagree with the high scores here, but my experience was not stellar. After almost a month waiting for an appointment, the doctor reviewed my MRI / CT scan and told me (1) I needed another more detailed scan. Why couldn't she have told me that when I had 3 weeks to get one? WASTED appointment! (2) She said she'd call in the scan order immediately and make it STAT. A week later, I checked with the imaging people - they never got an order. I can't recommend these people.
