Introducing Prime Score — and a First Look at PrimeConnect
Finding the right med spa, IV therapy lounge, or men's health clinic shouldn't feel like guesswork. Too often, it means scrolling through pages of look-alike listings, calling around for pricing nobody wants to publish, and hoping the five-star reviews you're reading are actually trustworthy.
We built PrimeNearby to fix that. Today we're introducing Prime Score, live now across the directory — and giving you an early look at PrimeConnect, a new way to get matched with providers that we're building next.
Prime Score: A Real Signal, Not Just a Star Rating
Providers with enough real data — a Google rating, published pricing, or both — now carry a Prime Score: a number out of 100 that goes beyond a plain star average.
Right now, Prime Score looks at two things:
- Review quality — not just the average rating, but how many real reviews back it up. A 5.0 from three reviews doesn't outrank a 4.7 from four hundred.
- Pricing transparency — whether a provider publishes real pricing instead of routing every question to a phone call.
We're building it out further from here — verification status, listing completeness, response speed, and credentials are all on the roadmap as more providers claim their listings and that data becomes real. A provider without a score yet isn't being scored zero — it just means we don't have enough real signal for that listing yet.
One thing we want to be upfront about now and always: Prime Score is never for sale. A provider can't buy a higher score by upgrading to a paid plan — paid placement affects where a listing appears, not how it scores. If the score could be bought, it wouldn't mean anything, and the whole point of PrimeNearby is to give people information they can actually trust.
PrimeConnect: Coming Soon — Real Answers, Without the Guesswork
Ever tried to get an actual price for Botox, an IV drip, or a TRT consultation, only to hit a wall of “contact us for pricing”? That's the problem PrimeConnect is built to solve — and we're building it now.
Here's the plan:
- Tell us what you need — treatment, city, and any preferences like budget or timing.
- Get matched with a handful of relevant, verified providers — by fit and Prime Score, never by who's willing to pay the most to be seen.
- Compare real responses and decide for yourself — estimates, consult options, and availability, side by side, no obligation.
A few things we're building in from day one:
- Not a bidding war. Providers won't see each other's responses, and offers won't be ranked by price.
- Estimates are estimates. Final pricing will always depend on a real consultation — especially for something like TRT, where dosing can't be responsibly quoted sight unseen.
- No account required. Just a private link by email once responses start coming in.
PrimeConnect isn't open to consumers yet. We're rolling it out provider by provider, city by city, so the first people who use it get real responses — not an empty inbox.
Why We're Building It This Way
We think the wellness and aesthetics industry deserves better than vague pricing and unverifiable trust signals. Prime Score gives you an honest read on a provider today. PrimeConnect is next — real answers from real providers, without a race-to-the-bottom bidding war that puts price ahead of quality and safety.
Prime Score is live now across Dallas, Austin, and Atlanta.
