Hands down the most thoughtful place I have ever been too. The staff is amazing, Mandy is caring, she listens and she truly cares about her patients and that is a rare combination nowadays. I have been coming here for years and you will not find a better group of people to take care of you from the front end staff to the back... Don't take my word for it try it for yourself...I have recommended others to come here and they all have the same report. Do yourself a favor go to a place where your healthcare is their priority!

I highly recommend Institute for Hormonal Balance! Dr. Mandy Cotten has been wonderful for HRT and overall wellness care. She takes the time to listen, explain options, and truly cares about her patients’ health and well-being. Kim has also been amazing for injections. She is professional, gentle, and always makes the experience comfortable. The office is clean, welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Communication is excellent, and it’s easy to feel cared for from the moment you walk in. So grateful to have found this practice!

Dr Mandy Cotten and staff are excellent! The office staff and nurses are so friendly and personable. And Dr Cotten is the best. She takes her time with each patient answering any questions you may have, and is very thorough. She has the best bed side manner. Highly recommend!!

I just want to say that this place is slowly becoming my second home. First, I got the pellets by Amy Dean, who was extremely kind and explained everything to me thoroughly. Even sat with me for a long period of time during my appointment to reassure my concerns. I feel so much better after the pellets and I can’t thank her enough for her input and expertise. Next, I got Botox and lip filler by Kim, who was also so sweet and kind. She was honest, comforting and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. This place has been a god send and the staff is so helpful and kind. Exactly what you want when you are dealing with hormone and beauty concerns. I didn’t get her name but also the check out woman on the A side is so sweet. I am just so happy I found this place and can’t thank the staff enough.

The entire team is the best across the board. I trust them with my overall health but specifically with the HRT. I’ve suffered many years with imbalances and with each aging change they’ve been there to help get me through it with the best results. I appreciate this team very much! Thank you!!
