Paragon Arlington Infusion Center

As much as I hate the reason I have to go to Paragon, I couldn't be more grateful for my experiences there so far. Everyone is so incredibly nice from the front desk, to the nurse practitioner, to all the AMAZING nursing staff. Everyone takes care of you. They are organized, compassionate, spoil you with snacks/drinks/blankets and make you feel as comfortable as possible. When you are already feeling sick and exhausted, the people at this location just want to make you feel better.

I love the staff here because they are so supportive and kind. They make me feel like I’m at home with a drink and snacks.

The staff here is great! I don’t normally come to this location, but the one in Dallas didn’t have availability when I wanted, so I scheduled here (I love having the ability to switch between locations, by the way). Everyone was polite and friendly, and the environment was relaxing. As far as the admin side of things, Paragon has been so much better than my previous infusion clinic. I hate to even compare the two, because Paragon is streets ahead. They handle the insurance hurdles seamlessly and efficiently. They submit claims in a timely manner, which means I hit my deductible/out-of-pocket max when I am supposed to, rather than waiting for a month. They’re just so professional.

When I arrive I'm greeted with a pleasant smile. The staff is a super team. They make sure everyone is well taken care of. Jessie, Angie, Becky, Diana and Diane are the best group of people I've ever been around!!!! Paragon Rocks!!!!

I went for iron infusions, for 5 weeks. I am a notoriously difficult stick from MANY infusions and prior bloodwork. They never had to try a second time, got it each time!!! The nurses are spectacular, the facility is clean, and they are never too busy to do anything they can to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend.
