I had an incredible first experience at Prime IV in Allen! The front office was professional and got me in quickly, and the entire atmosphere feels just like a luxury spa. Nurse Sherri is amazing and so caring. I usually struggle with IV bars because I have very small veins and find the staff can be pushy, but Sherri was the complete opposite. She was professional, thorough, and incredibly skilled she found my vein instantly. What I appreciated most was her honesty. When my husband asked if supplemental oxygen would be beneficial since my pulse ox was already good, she candidly explained it would mostly be a placebo effect. It is so refreshing to visit a business that values integrity over upselling. Sherri went above and beyond for my comfort by: • Warming the saline IV so it didn’t feel cold going in. • Setting up the massage chair on recovery mode (the heat was perfect!). • Providing a warm, rose-scented eye mask, blanket, and pillow. • Offering water and Gatorade. I truly felt like I was at a spa. Their sign says "Absorb Life, 100%," and after a session this relaxing and professional, I really felt like I could! If you want a relaxing, quick, and professional IV experience, this is the place to go! Will be referring family and friends.

The staff customer service was top-tier!!! Immediately when I enter the door, the ladies greeted me with smiles and made me feel highly appreciated that I chose their establishment to come and get my services performed. The energy of this place is very relaxing, calm , clean, and well designed. They answered all of my questions and concerns in a friendly and prompt way. Miss Sherry and the other younger lady took extra special care with me and made me feel so safe and peaceful. Moreover, I must add how informative they were with the service services and products that are offered. Lastly, The massage chair made me feel like I was a baby in a cradle since it rocked and massaged me to sleep which was much needed after my 1st time cruise with NORWEGIAN! I am extremely happy with the decision that I made today with PRIME IV! It was DEFINITELY a 10 out of 10 experience for me and I highly recommend this location 🥰

I’m someone who does not have easy veins, and both Sherri and Halie were incredibly patient, skilled, and reassuring. They were able to successfully get my IV started and get me hydrated without stress, making the entire process feel calm and comfortable. Beyond their clinical expertise, the whole experience felt like true wellness care. The facility was spotless and beautifully maintained. The massage chair, warm eye pack, relaxing music, and thoughtful touches like Gatorade, water, and healthy snacks afterward were the icing on the cake.
