Man, I had a downright awful experience this morning. I had an appointment booked for 9:50 AM, and they didn’t respect my time one bit. The lady at the front desk was acting plumb strange—it looked like she didn’t even bother to glance at my appointment or even ask about it. Frankly, it was a total mess. I’m dealing with high blood pressure here. CVS sent me a text saying my clinic and doctor need to fill out the prescription and send it over so they can get it refilled. I take this medication monthly, and I can’t be skipping days without my blood pressure medicine! Y'all are hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with. Now, Dr. Omar Saeed was real good, but the rest of the staff? Lord have mercy. I ain’t ever recommending anybody to set foot in this place again."
I recently moved to Arlington and was looking for a new primary care doctor who could actually fit me into their schedule. I’m so glad I found Urgent Care of Texas on Cooper St. It’s hard to find a clinic that handles both urgent needs and routine checkups so well. The doctor took the time to go over my full history and didn't rush me. Highly recommend if you need a reliable primary care provider close to home. I also love this IV area it’s very clean and organized
I was disappointed with my experience at this urgent care. The medical evaluation felt rushed, and there was a lack of attention and proper follow-up with patients. I believe the quality of care and communication with patients could be greatly improved. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to enhance patient care. However, I asked for refer to get an MRI and the only way they can give me the referred is to charge me a visit for the same issue I was treated and paid 256$ for that visit.
First thing, the doctor and nurse assistant that helped me was very professional and caring. They did a great job and I appreciate them a lot for it. Although, the lady at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. Not only was she unprofessional, but she violated HIPPA regulations. After I was waiting for her to print my documents for 30 minutes and didn’t even bother to tell me to sign everything, she handed me SOMEONE ELSES papers with my papers. Everyone’s documents have things like SSN, which can cause many problems if given out so carelessly like she did. Those other documents were very confidential and she didn’t even bother to look. I gave them back to her immediately. After my appointment, I went out to pay. And she whispers “it’ll be $60” and I could barely hear her. The entire time she’s just whispering and barely speaking. Took her like 5 minutes just to pull that up, then once I pay, I didn’t receive any documentation of my prescription AND NOT ONLY THAT, she sent it to the WRONG PHARMACY. I made it very clear that I needed it sent to Walgreens on Turner Street. Finding out today she sent it to a random CVS like she didn’t even care. If management sees this, please hire better and more professional front desk staff. I will never be coming here again due to her negligence and unprofessionalism. I wouldn’t trust her with my documents at all.
My husband went in Thursday morning, was sent home after, two IV bags, labs, tests and one medication subscription. No paperwork other than his credit card receipt was given and he had to ask for his drivers license and insurance card that was in a pile of paperwork that included other patients medical information. Huge HIPPA violation! He was told he would receive a call with his test and lab results. Come Friday, nothing. He called and spoke with someone who told him he’d receive a call soon with test results and that they would be sending in his prescription asap. I got home at 4:30pm, called and spoke with someone that sounded like he himself was sick of that place. He said he would email his aftercare report so we could look into it ourselves and make sure the prescription was sent in immediately. He said the tests and lbs were complete but that only the doctor could go over them. He even told me on the phone that he was having trouble getting the doctors to do anything. The prescription was sent about an hour later. Come Saturday morning, we call because we still haven’t received the results or paperwork, we asked to speak with a doctor and/or nurse and were told nobody with medical experience was in the facility. She said they open at 8am to check people in until the doctors and nurses get there at 10am. At this point there is no point in fighting for any kind of care. We will call and demand the test results we paid for and find care elsewhere. What a huge waist of time and money. Save your sanity and go to a facility that will help diagnose and treat you properly.
