Vivo Infusion Arlington

I had my first experience with Vivo Infusion Center, Arlington. My experience was excellent. The facility appeared very clean. The Nurse was professional and also personable. As an RN of 30 plus years, I can truthfully say I would encourage anyone to feel comfortable in coming to Vivo for their infusion.

Very good place. I was in fear for my first infusion and the nurses were so kind and made it easy. The front desk staff are sweet as well. I will be going monthly going forward.

Everything was explained well and we were made as comfortable as possible. The room was chilly but a blanket was provided. It was my first time so we didn’t know what to expect. My wife was able to stay with me the entire time.

My first experience with VIVO Arlington for my Orencia infusion was perfect in every way. I have been on Orencia and other infusions for over 20 years and recently moved to Texas from California. They made me feel right at home. Big thank you to Cassey. 🥰

Vivo in Arlington has had all my information for weeks and still hasn't sent in the pre-authorization to my insurance (they are supposed to handle all of it). That is weeks I'm left waiting desperately treatment. No one has contacted me from the office. I have called and you cannot get ahold of a person, just constantly prompts you to leave a message or dial an extension (don't know an extension if you are a new patient that no one has bothered contacting). My doctor's office has left them multiple voicemails about why things are still not moving on their end with no call back or answer. Super unprofessional and honestly, it's very telling about how they care about their patients, so I'll be moving my case over to another infusion center that's already shown me more care and given me a real person to speak with on the phone within the first call. If you're needing your case handled quickly, I personally wouldn't recommend this place.
