Advanced Skin Fitness Medical Spa and CoolSculpting Center

I'd recommend caution in buying any packages from ASF. I bought a package and was denied medical clearance by ASF to use it (no lasers while breastfeeding is very odd) and it has now expired. I twice explained the situation to the front desk attendant who told me she'd talk with the new owners and follow up with me, but I never heard a word. As a 15 year ASF patient who thinks that the techs are great (especially Cecilia and Alex), this was very disappointing.

I'm really disappointed with this company. I received four Emsculpt sessions and, after the fourth session, was admitted to the ER for Menometrorrhagia. I had already paid for two more sessions but was advised by the doctors to quit this treatment. I later learned that I also had ovarian cysts on both ovaries, something that I've never had before and have been told that there have been reports of this by some people after Emsculpt. I notified this company and asked if there was any way I could use the money I paid (over $1k) for a different treatment in their office and they refuse to return my phone call. I've called almost every day for two weeks and they promise they'll call me back but they never have. Not once. Beware to anyone going here that if you have a negative reaction to their treatments, they won't work with you to use your money for something else. Unfortunately, they lost a loyal customer.

I’ve been going to Advanced Skin Fitness for years, and while the treatments and products are top-notch, the real gem is Destiny at the front desk. She’s thoughtful, solutions-oriented, and always follows up with a genuine intent to help however she can. She takes the time to explain products in a way that actually makes sense, and her sincerity makes me feel like she truly cares. In this new era of ASF, she’s truly the heartbeat of the place!

Very knowledgeable and amazing staff. Cecilia is awesome she sold me my package and did the service. She was very understanding of my concerns and performed her job perfect. Would highly recommend..

Honestly... the customer service here continuously really threw me off for the high price tag I paid for the services. This was the first place I chose to trust to try Coolsculpting so it was nerve wracking already. I tried multiple different services along with it and every time the staff was not welcoming, made the experience awkward/uncomfortable and gave me almost no information on the treatments I was getting. I saw barely any improvement with the services I got yet was charged a super high price tag and was told that it was a "discount". If you do find yourself going here for what ever reason, go to Alex Romo. She was by farrrrrr the most welcoming/friendly, accommodating and cared about my treatments. I honestly cut my treatment plan short because of the negative experiences since it became so uncomfortable.
