I always have a pleasant experience when I come. She is very knowledgeable and not interested only in gaining customers but keeping long term clients. She is honest and provides feedback on what’s best. I come for my maintenance of my facial laser hair removal.

Maya did a wonderful job with my laser removal on a medium area. She was kind, professional, and made the whole process quick and comfortable. She explained everything clearly, and I’m very happy with the experience and the results. Highly recommend the her and the place!

I contacted Earthbound Skin Spa specifically to ask whether they use an Nd:YAG laser for deeper skin tones. Their response was: “Our laser machine doesn’t work for your skin tone.” That response was dismissive, misleading, and completely unacceptable. They made it sound as though my dark skin was the problem and that people with my complexion simply could not be treated there. Only after I questioned them did they then say that their YAG laser was broken and they were waiting for a part. The fact that their first instinct was to send me away based on my complexion, instead of explaining that their equipment was “temporarily unavailable”, was disturbing. It looked as though they simply did not want to treat a dark-skinned client. Dark-skinned customers, take your business somewhere that communicates respectfully and is genuinely equipped and willing to treat you safely. I would not trust this business with my skin after this interaction. Absolutely disgusting

Amazing! I had never done laser before so was a bit nervous. Super quick and easy. She answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable. After one session my hair was almost gone!
