Elase Medical Spa - Dallas - West Village

Christina and Andrea were both very friendly and pleasant. They were a delight to talk to before treatment. Very welcoming! Andrea didn't even make me flinch when she treated me. She was professional and informative/knowledgeable! Ty ladies!

I visited Elase West Village for the first time for laser treatment, and I had an outstanding experience from start to finish! Christy was incredibly welcoming and helped get everything set up when I arrived. When it was time for my treatment, Andrea took over, and I can honestly say she is the most professional nurse I've ever met. I learned she is a RN with years of experience, her expertise truly shows! She made me feel comfortable from the moment we met, explained everything thoroughly, and walked me through the entire process, which immediately put me at ease. The laser treatment itself was much easier than I expected, and Andrea's precision, efficiency, and attention to detail made the experience even better. I felt completely relaxed and confident in her care. She earned my trust immediately, and I would feel so comfortable coming to her for any future treatments. It's rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring and personable. You can tell Elase West Village is not your typical med spa. From the beautiful décor, gorgeous space, and inviting atmosphere to the positive energy from Andrea and Christy, everything feels elevated and welcoming. Andrea and Christy genuinely care about their clients, which shows in every interaction. I'll definitely be returning to complete my treatments and would highly recommend Elase West Village to anyone considering laser treatments or other aesthetic services. If you're nervous about trying laser treatment for the first time, this is absolutely the place to go!

Staff are typically great. It seems like with Elase buying Ideal Image there have been many changes and less guarantees for long-standing customers. I am not sure what happened recently because my appointment was cancelled and no one answers the phone in over 2 weeks. No one was onsite during posted business hours either. I would not recommend service here at this time.

I had the best experience at this location. The entire staff is very welcoming and good natured! Geneva is a wonderful employee! She really should be the manager there. She has great knowledge, takes her time, and makes your time there worth spending. The company really needs to make her the manager.

I purchased a laser hair removal touch-up package when the clinic was still Ideal Image. This is not my first time getting laser treatments, so I know exactly how they are supposed to feel. The first few sessions there were fine. However, after Elase acquired them, sessions 3 and 4 became unbearable. Despite following all instructions and applying lidocaine cream, the pain was extreme. During the last session, I suffered a small burn. I decided it wasn’t worth risking my skin and called to cancel. Customer service brushed me off, claiming my original contract was with Ideal Image. It is completely unacceptable for Elase to take over the previous business's billing, yet refuse responsibility for their current treatments
