Elite Derma Med Spa

I visited this clinic about two years ago after being referred by a friend who regularly went there for filler treatments. I was dealing with keratosis pilaris (KP) and was willing to travel nearly an hour if it meant getting real results. During my consultation, I met with a Nurse Practitioner and a technician. Initially, I was interested in BBL (BroadBand Light therapy), but they recommended a full body chemical peel package (3 sessions) instead. The staff were very friendly and mentioned they had similar KP issues and had great results with these treatments. They even said they would share before-and-after photos, but whenever I followed up, there was always an excuse and I never received any. I ended up paying around $7,200 for the chemical peel sessions, and additionally spent about $400 on Hydrafacials they recommended. After completing all 3 sessions: My face improved slightly (maybe 40%), but the results were temporary and the KP returned shortly after stopping treatments The rest of my body showed little to no improvement, and in some areas, it felt like there was no change at all Overall, I spent close to $7,600 with minimal to no lasting results. Toward the end, they mentioned possibly offering complimentary laser hair removal sessions since I didn’t see results, and even added one extra session for my arms. However, when my appointment came up, I was asked to reschedule due to staff being on vacation and after that, I was never contacted again. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially after investing that much money with the expectation of real results. I would strongly recommend doing your own research before committing to expensive treatment packages. While the staff were friendly, the outcome did not match what was promised, and the follow-up support was lacking.

Amazing customer service! My mom loves Vinesime lotion, BUT the scent she likes (Chardonnay) is only sold in a small region of France. She found the brand on her 25th wedding anniversary trip to Europe. Vinesime used to sell in the US, but now only does so through 3rd party vendors. I spoke to Vinesime (with Google Translate) via email and they directed me to their list of US suppliers on their website because they are not shipping to the US. I called all of the spas and hotels in the US and Canada, and either they did not have the brand or they never answered the phone, even after a voicemail. Elite Derma Med Spa called me back!!! AND they carried Chardonnay Vinesime hand cream and body milk!!! The only place in and around the US who had it. The nice girl on the phone said they shipped as well and I got it within a few days. The items were in cute goody bags that were packed securely. I gave them to my mom for Christmas. I just added some tissue paper to hide the labels under the tree. She was so amazed that we found them! Thank you to the Elite Derma Med Spa for making her so happy! And for making Christmas that much more special.
