I had such an amazing experience here! From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm and professional, and Kylie, my technician, was absolutely incredible. She is knowledgeable, honest, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, never made me feel rushed, and genuinely cared about getting me the best results. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her clients. The spa itself was clean, beautiful, and welcoming. I left feeling so happy with my experience and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend booking with Kylie — she is talented, trustworthy, and amazing at what she does!

I have got a really positive result for a hair removal. Also, i have not got any skin irritation after doing this treatment. Through my entire session Kylie has been my specialized professional. She has done a really good job. From second session only my hair growth has almost gone!

I had a really positive experience at Glow Medspa. The staff were all really nice. The suite was very clean and had cute decor. The manager did my treatment. She was very thorough with providing all the information I needed before treatment and helpful with educating me on what to expect moving forward with treatments. I already recommended a friend here… but I definitely would recommend Glow Medspa for those looking for laser services as well as other spa treatments.

Extremely Poor Service, Unauthorized Charges, and No Accountability My experience with Glow Medspa McKinney has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and frankly unacceptable. I am writing this review to warn others before signing up for any of their services or memberships. I did a chemical peel that not only produced zero improvement, but actually made my skin worse. I also completed months and months of laser treatments with no meaningful results. Despite the lack of progress, I continued to give them the benefit of the doubt — until the billing issues began. Glow Medspa McKinney has repeatedly charged my account even though I have not received any spa services. Since January, I have made multiple attempts to cancel my subscription. I emailed the McKinney manager five separate times with no response. Not even an acknowledgment. When I reached out to the scheduling email for help, the office staff responded rudely and simply told me to “email the manager” — the same manager who has ignored every message. No one has taken responsibility, no one has followed up, and no one has stopped the unauthorized charges. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The lack of transparency, the refusal to respond, and the continued billing without providing services is deeply concerning. No customer should have to chase down a business just to stop charges for services they are not receiving. At this point, I have decided to pursue legal action, as Glow Medspa McKinney has refused to stop charging my card despite multiple documented attempts to cancel. I strongly advise anyone considering their membership or services to think twice. The service quality is poor, the results were nonexistent, and the customer service has been unprofessional at every step. Do not sign up with them.
