I visited today for a lip flip and the service was fantastic! Savannah was my injector and she is just wonderful. She’s so knowledgeable and great at walking you through everything. Highly recommend her and this spa!!

Jenn is the best! First time with injections, and she explained everything to me and gave me detailed after-care instructions. She is so friendly, personable, and came highly recommended. She’s been doing this for a long time, which made me feel so much better. She’s awesome!

I had the BEST experience at It’s a Secret Med Spa! They did an amazing job on my Botox — the results are so natural and smooth, exactly what I was hoping for. Lo was my injector and she was absolutely incredible. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything so I felt completely comfortable and confident. You can tell she really knows her craft and cares about her clients. I couldn’t be happier with my results and will 100% be back. Shannon Harris is AMAZING! I cannot recommend her enough. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel so comfortable and genuinely cares about what you want. She takes the time to listen to every concern and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. You can tell she truly wants you to look and feel your absolute best. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and talented, but she is also the sweetest and friendliest person. She has such a great eye for natural, beautiful results and always makes me feel confident and beautiful when I leave. I trust her completely because she listens, gives honest recommendations, and makes the entire experience so enjoyable. I would not recommend this clinic. For a place that markets itself as a high-end clinic, the level of customer service was surprisingly poor. Instead of making me feel like a valued client, I felt like every interaction was focused on charging more money. The treatment did not meet my expectations, and when I returned because the result needed improvement, I was told I had to pay again. What bothered me most was that this additional charge was never explained beforehand. Paying premium prices is not the issue. I’m happy to invest in quality when the service, professionalism, and results justify the cost. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. There are many clinics that offer much better care, greater transparency, and far more respect for their patients. I left feeling disappointed and would not return.
