Jenn is the best! First time with injections, and she explained everything to me and gave me detailed after-care instructions. She is so friendly, personable, and came highly recommended. She’s been doing this for a long time, which made me feel so much better. She’s awesome!

I would not recommend this clinic. For a place that markets itself as a high-end clinic, the level of customer service was surprisingly poor. Instead of making me feel like a valued client, I felt like every interaction was focused on charging more money. The treatment did not meet my expectations, and when I returned because the result needed improvement, I was told I had to pay again. What bothered me most was that this additional charge was never explained beforehand. Paying premium prices is not the issue. I’m happy to invest in quality when the service, professionalism, and results justify the cost. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. There are many clinics that offer much better care, greater transparency, and far more respect for their patients. I left feeling disappointed and would not return.

Alisha is so amazing!! Can’t recommend her enough. She’s done lip filler for me twice and Botox in the forehead. She’s very honest and thorough. I’m in love with my results 🩷

I visited today for a lip flip and the service was fantastic! Savannah was my injector and she is just wonderful. She’s so knowledgeable and great at walking you through everything. Highly recommend her and this spa!!

I had the BEST experience at It’s a Secret Med Spa! They did an amazing job on my Botox — the results are so natural and smooth, exactly what I was hoping for. Lo was my injector and she was absolutely incredible. She was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything so I felt completely comfortable and confident. You can tell she really knows her craft and cares about her clients. I couldn’t be happier with my results and will 100% be back.
