I am never ever disappointed with my service with Meredith! Not only is she extremely professional, talented and friendly she is on point every single time with service! Her knowledge of the products, she uses is amazing! She never tries to upsell and always makes you feel and look your best! I would never trust anyone else the way I trust her with injections. She is amazing! I highly recommend Meredith and I know you won’t be disappointed! She is the absolute best! And the sweetest! :)

I normally stay out of reviews, but as a husband watching my wife deal with this place, I feel compelled to speak up. My wife has been a loyal client for quite some time and has rearranged her work and personal schedule multiple times to accommodate appointments here. First, her original provider left. Understandable. Then she was reassigned to someone else… who also left. Frustrating, but still manageable. What crossed the line was the complete lack of communication and respect for her time. She showed up for a scheduled treatment only to find out they had reassigned her to yet another provider without a single phone call, text, or heads-up. No introduction, no explanation — just “here’s someone new.” In a med spa environment where comfort and trust matter, that’s unacceptable. It gets worse. After rearranging her entire schedule again to finally get seen, the appointment was canceled, leaving her scrambling to figure out next steps. Instead of feeling cared for as a long-time client, she was treated like an inconvenience. I ended up helping her search for a completely new provider because the experience here has become so unreliable. Customer service has clearly fallen apart. Scheduling is chaotic, communication is nonexistent, and accountability seems completely missing. Her interactions with Meredith were especially disappointing. Rather than helping solve problems, Meredith demonstrated poor customer service, lacked professionalism, and handled appointment changes with poor etiquette. Instead of fixing issues, the situation only became more frustrating. After all the loyalty my wife has shown this business, it’s incredibly disappointing to see how far standards have slipped. This place is not what it used to be and certainly not what clients should expect from a professional med spa. We will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere. Do better — because right now, this experience has been nothing short of unacceptable

I walk into my appointments on time, with realistic expectations, and I appreciate the professionalism she brings to every visit. I don’t expect special treatment, and she doesn’t create an environment of entitlement, which, frankly, is refreshing. Living in Frisco, it’s easy to see how expectations can sometimes become unrealistic. In a community where convenience and instant gratification are common, it’s also important to recognize and respect professionals who dedicate long hours to caring for others. Nurses like Meredith often work 10–11 hour days, balancing patient care, safety, and outcomes and that deserves recognition. What stands out to me about Meredith: 1. Her light, precise technique when injecting 2. Honest and professional recommendations 3. Strong experience and confidence in her craft 4. The time she takes with each patient to ensure comfort and satisfaction She approaches her work with care, patience, and professionalism; qualities that are increasingly rare and incredibly valuable. Reviews are always subjective, but my experience has been consistently excellent. If you’re considering her services, I highly recommend giving her the opportunity to show you firsthand. I believe in her skills, her professionalism, and her commitment to her patients.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Lana as my injector! I have been seeing her since October 2023, and every visit has been nothing short of amazing. Lana takes the time to personalize my treatments, ensuring I am completely comfortable and happy with my beauty results. Her expertise, attention to detail, and helpful tips make every appointment a great experience. Not only is Lana incredible, but the ladies at the front desk are also so accommodating and kind. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in with morning treats. The entire team at this med spa truly goes above and beyond!
